Michele Agnew is an award-winning State Farm Agent looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.

We’re looking for motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background who care deeply about people and want to improve their lives with coverage to take care of what matters most. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.

· Property & Casualty License (Must already have)

· Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain)

· Dedication to Customer Service

· Ability to Effectively Relate to Customers

· Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers

· Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory

· Self-Motivated

· Experience in Marketing

Responsibilities Each position covers a wide array of roles and responsibilities intended to develop your skillset and ensure your success at our agency. Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like.

· Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

· Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.

· Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

· Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Bartlett, TN

Compensation $16.00 - $21.00 Hourly Wage

About Michele Agnew’s Agency Michele is a native Memphian. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School and attended Memphis State University. She is married with two grown sons. Michele is active in dog rescue and fostering, and also volunteer and support Merge Memphis which is a facility for Homeless women. She really enjoys helping people with their Insurance and Financial needs. Michele’s office offers Auto, Fire, Life, Health, Pet and Business Insurance. Michele’s agency serves Shelby County including Memphis, Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington, Germantown, Millington. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
