  • Engage with customer (in-person, phone, and email) to understand their needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
  • Sell and service a range of personal and commercial insurance products
  • Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson--- educating clients on coverage, options, and benefits
  • Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and speed
  • Track and follow up on leads, claims, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation (yes, the small stuff matters!)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong sales instincts--- but also a heart for service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit
  • Active Insurance license (Property & Casualty license strongly preferred, Life & Health a plus)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
