"Incredible experience switching to State Farm. I didn’t think I would ever switch back to a “Big Name” insurance company due to rates. But, I was helping a family member with their insurance and Jamie Starkey at Michelle’s office nicely asked if she could run my personal house and cars. She was so nice and confident that she could save me money, I decided to give her permission. Jamie was very on top of my file, followed up every day, tweaked my file over and over, and wound up placing more comprehensive policies, better coverage, and with a HUGE savings. I have 5 kids, so I have lots of insurance….a house plus 8 cars turned into over 15k savings in a one year period. I was completely blown away by the savings, but on top of that, I was more than blown away by the customer service and care that Jamie provided. She is incredible at follow up, listens to and works through your questions and request, and is as pleasant of a person on the phone as you could ever ask for. I would have been tempted to switch to their agency if money was even just to have Jamie overseeing my file. I have already recommended her to other family members. Thank you, Jamie, for just asking for a shot at my business. It was more than worth it and enjoyable at the same time."

"These people are crooks, PERIOD! I had a bundled auto and home policy through them and just because I wouldn't be in their drive safe and save program, (which is a complete SCAM anyways! Just like most big insurance gimmicks are) so they went and more than DOUBLED my premium! They offered a small refund on the home policy once everything was terminated by me, but they insured me from September 17 the due date until October 10th when I canceled my policy, but offered ZERO premium adjustment refund for the auto. Even though I paid for a whole month but was only receiving coverage for THREE weeks! And then the agent I talked to had the nerve to almost suggest that I OWED THEM for 10 days coverage. COMPLETELY INSANE!!!!!! I suggest calling Shaq or any other insurance carrier under the sun and avoiding this Agency and avoiding State Farm altogether! Unless you just like and enjoy throwing your hard earned money away for coverage that you're not even receiving. This is without a doubt the worst I've ever been done in the history of purchasing insurance and I'm 49 years old and have been driving a car insured since I was 15 years old. What else can you expect though when you're dealing with a bunch of complete CROOKS! as in State Farm and Michelle Agnew insurance. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had! And it's not even close."
