What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions that truly protect their families
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and service needs
- Quote, prepare applications, and close sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to individual and agency production goals
